19 January 2016, Minister Wan Gang held a bilateral meeting with Minister Wanka, from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. The Ministers signed two joint statements regarding to intelligent manufacturing (Industrial 4.0) and the cooperation on intelligent services. Mr. Wang Ruijun, DG of the NCSTE was invited to attend the meeting. Under the witness of Ministers, Mr. Wang Ruijun and Dr. Klaus Uckel, DG of the DLR-PT, officially signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the two Centers. In the future, the two centers will carry out a series of cooperation in the are of “Mutual learning and analysis”, “Joint policy advice”, and “Joint strategic business development” and so on.
